Unlike deck ovens, TAYLORmadeŽ ovens do not rely on a hot box to cook food. Rather, they use hot air under pressure. Convertion ovens also use hot air, but they only blow air in one direction, so one side of the food tends to cook differently than the other side.

TAYLORmadeŽ ovens offer a much better, tastier method. Small jets of hot air surround food as it moves through the oven chamber on a conveyor at a speed set to the correct cooking time. Every food item is naturally cooked at the correct cooking temperature on all sides. That translates to more efficient heat transfer at lower temperatures. Food in our conveyor ovens heats up two to four times faster than food in conventional ovens.
